How to cook your chicken
Roasting:
Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature (usually around 350°F or 180°C).
Place the chicken in a roasting pan or on a baking sheet with a wire rack. You can also add aromatics like onions, carrots, and celery to the pan for added flavour
Roast the chicken in the preheated oven. The cooking time will vary based on the chicken's size. As a general guideline, calculate about 20 minutes per pound (45 minutes per kilogram) of chicken. Make sure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the thigh.
Serving Guidance
The two general size chicken available in our Deli are, 1.5kg Chickens which is enough for 3-5 people. And 2 kg. chickens which is enough for 6-8 people.
